Engineering Enterprises Inc. provided full range Topographic and Boundary Surveying services; designed the layout of the solar panels and access roadways; designed the site grading and construction details; and prepared Notices of Intent for the development and construction of the solar farm; provided oral testimonies at the respective Public Hearings of the Conservation Commission, Board of Appeals and the Planning Board; conducted soil evaluation and percolation tests for the design and installation of the stormwater management systems; designed the stormwater management system and prepared the environmental impact statement; conducted site as-built surveys and prepared the as-built plans.
