Engineering Enterprises Inc. provided Topographic and Boundary Surveying services; designed the site roadway; designed the site layout of the 7 units; designed the site grading and construction details; and prepared Notices of Intent and special permit documents for the development and construction of the condominium site; provided oral testimonies at the respective Public Hearings of the Conservation Commission, Board of Appeals and the Planning Board; conducted soil evaluation and percolation tests for the design and installation of the stormwater management system; designed and supervised the installation of the stormwater management system and utilities; conducted roadway and stormwater infrastructure as-built surveys and prepared the as-built plans.
