Engineering Enterprises Inc. provided the full range of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services, including: Boundary Control and Topographic Surveying for the layout and construction of the industrial wastewater treatment works; designed the site parking; designed the on-site sub-surface industrial wastewater treatment and disposal system; prepared the Notice of Intent for the construction of the disposal system and filed same with the Conservation Commission and presented oral testimonies and the site plan at the public hearing of the Conservation Commission. Prepared the groundwater discharge permit application documents and filed same with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. Supervised the installation of the treatment works.
