Engineering Enterprises Inc. provided Topographic and Boundary Surveying services; designed the subdivision roadway; designed the subdivision layout of the lots; designed the site grading and construction details; provided oral testimonies at the Public Hearing of the Planning Board; and conducted soil evaluation and percolation tests for the design and installation of the stormwater management system; prepared all survey calculations and plans for review and approval by the Massachusetts Land Court.
