Engineering Enterprises Inc. provided Topographic and Boundary Surveying services; designed the subdivision roadways; designed the subdivision layout of the lots; designed the site grading and construction details; conducted floodplain study of 1.5 square mile drainage area to establish the applicable flood elevation for the subdivision; and prepared Notices of Intent for the development and construction of the subdivision; provided oral testimonies at the respective Public Hearings of the Conservation Commission and the Planning Board; conducted soil evaluation and percolation tests for the design and installation of the individual septic systems for the new house lots; designed and supervised the installation of the individual septic systems for the new house lots; conducted roadway and individual septic systems as-built surveys and prepared the as-built plans.
