Chestnut Woods is a 22 Lot Retirement Community Development in the City of Champions, Brockton, MA. For this project E. T. Engineering Enterprises Inc. provided Topographic and Boundary Surveying services, and prepared Notices of Intent for the development and construction of the homes that are within the wetlands jurisdictional boundary; provided oral testimonies at the Conservation Commission public hearings; and provided the layout control for the installation of the roadway curbs and pavement; and designed the development plan for individual home sites.
